What to wear

Weather in late September and early October can vary, with typical daytime temperatures in the mid-70s to low 80s Fahrenheit and evenings in the upper 50s to mid-60s. Unseasonable weather can occur, so check the local forecast before arrival.

Meeting sessions

Business casual is required for meeting sessions. Women may wear dresses, or blouses, sweaters, or tops with skirts, slacks, or dress pants. Men may wear slacks or khakis with collared shirts, polos, or button-down shirts. Nice jeans are acceptable with a polo or button-down shirt. Bring a light jacket or sweater for air-conditioned meeting rooms. The dress code supports comfort and a professional atmosphere.

Factory tour

Casual and comfortable. Closed-toe shoes are required on the plant floor; safety gear is provided on site.

Evening events

Smart casual for the group dinners and the riverboat cruise. Evenings on the water can be breezy.
